My opinion on their service

I had a disappointing experience. My USCIS application was rejected the first time, which caused delays and additional filing costs to apply again. I also felt that a lot of my time was wasted due to poor communication and handling of the case. I expected a smoother and more professional process. I hope future clients receive better communication, clearer guidance, and more careful attention throughout their application process from start to finish.
