Be very careful about using this lawyer for anything. He purposely gave me wrong information and told me my relative would have to return to her homeland country before applying for a green card (even though married to a US citizen). He tried to get me to his office to pay a consultation fee. Everything he said was absolutely a lie. I can only guess he is taking advantage of people who are scared and uneducated about immigration laws. USE SOMEONE ELSE !
