I found this law firm on an instagram post stating if you’re in a situation where you or your spouse are in the 75 country ban you maybe eligible for a group lawsuit proceeding. I called on a Saturday and the receptionist took my information and no one called me back.

I called again later that week and spoke with someone (Mustafa’s assistant) about my case and we chatted for quite a bit. He sent me via sms a link for the form to fill the form out and I did. He then tried to call me several times to propose a few options including the group lawsuit they were looking to pursuit. There was another proposal about tailoring a case for a federal judge to review my unique case, which I don’t think is feasible. I asked him to please email me the details to continue this conversation as I was late for a meeting. I followed up later that day via sms on the email and a few days after and still no response.

All in all, very unprofessional and I felt that they are just out to solicit vulnerable individuals for money. We had a very detailed discussion about how this case would pan out and perhaps they felt that this was not something that was going to make sense since it would carry out for months or more (years even). Avoid this law firm and don’t fall victim to this nonsense and unprofessionalism.
