Disappointed

Disappointed... I called to get pricing. Person who answered the phone was not helpful. He seemed to be more concerned about where I was located than giving me pricing for HD Foam. I didn't even get a price for my 8 dining room chairs. He told me to look for another place. 🤷‍♀️ That was weird

UPDATE: 30 minutes after posting my review, I received a phone call from an 805 area code. I was driving & my Family was in the car with me. Upon answering the call, I hear a man screaming. Confused, I assumed he had dialed the wrong number. I said excuse me? The Man proceeded to scream at me, that it was unnecessary to have rated this place of business 1 star. I expressed to the gentleman that it was my personal experience that prompted my Review. The gentleman continued to yell at me. I repeated to him that my review was in no way disrespectful or rude, rather it was truthful, I simply was rating my experience... I reminded him that HE actually TOLD me to find another place to do business. My inital review was neither rude nor disrespectful. He threatened to look up my information, to find my place of employment, and complain about me there. He told me ... "Let's make a deal, change your review to 3 stars, and we'll call it even"... That statement was threatening to me. At this point, I kindly informed the gentleman that the conversation was over. I wished him a good day and hung up the call. I almost deleted my review. This person, proceeded to TEXT me the NAMES of my FAMILY members and their HOME ADDRESS. I Immediately went to the police station to file a report, which the Deputy made very easy to do. I was given an incident number to reference back to if ever needed in the future. If other people are harrased in this manner by the persons at this place of business, know that you can report it.
