This place has extremely poor customer service. They never answer their phones and request that you leave a voicemail that will be "returned within 24 hours". That is not the case at all. I left one voicemail and after 24 hours of my call not being returned, I gave them another chance by calling and leaving a second voicemail. That voicemail was not returned either. Not directly communicating with clients is a bad practice. Makes me seriously wonder about the "good" reviews. It's a shame, I was hopeful to find someone to help my son with stomach issues, but this place couldn't care less.....
