Quite stressful using their services. Booked a month in advance for a moving slot between 1-5pm but had to continuously follow-up with them asking when the truck would arrive and gave me nonsense excuse like truck tire broke so there’s delay. Truck finally arrived at 4:15pm for pick-up and required me to contact the arriving condo to give us an hour extension for move.

In addition - they have these hidden charges of ‘push distance fee’ that charges exorbitant pricing and will hold your items hostage on the truck until you pay. The movers were saying they charged $80 for every 40 meters and asked me to pay $320 in addition to get my stuff off the truck and push into my condo unit. I reviewed the contract again and it seems to only say top up $80 if move is over 40meters and not for every 40 meters. Ridiculous and very scam-like.

Overall experience was stressful, and poor. Seems like they wanted to squish in more moves to get cash rather than care for service. Buyer beware.
