First impression phone call was good then we went in for a consultation to fix our website. The person who we were supposed to meet was not there. We met with someone else who has not even contacted us or followed up yet after 2 weeks. We left our jobs and drove 30mins to meet with this company. What a waste of our time. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lack of customer service. I have proof the email they sent me with the time of the meeting 4pm, I even showed Anny this email and Never follow up with us regarding the project.Instead of being apologetic (Karen B. Sales and customer service team) keeps on arguing about this excusing their mistakes by sending passive aggressive emails. Even though I told her to stop harassing me. This clearly shows the lack customer services to the future clients.
