This place has been a mess from the start.

I called to move a reservation I made back in early October while coming from Canada and was told they switched systems and completely lost my booking. Not a great first impression.

I was told the internet would be 100–150 Mbps and reliable. That has not been the case at all. It rarely gets over 50 Mbps, and after 7 PM it’s basically unusable. Since their IPTV and Netflix rely on the internet, those go down too. Every complaint gets the same response: “Nothing we can do, the internet is down.” This seems to be the normal situation here.

The grounds are gross. There is dog waste all over the grass even though there are plenty of bins.

For a month-long stay, they provided almost nothing. I got half a roll of toilet paper, one hand towel, and zero cleaning supplies. No toilet brush, no cleaner, not even a broom.

Security is a serious issue. I locked myself out one night and the front desk handed me a key without checking my ID or verifying anything — and they had never seen me before. Anyone could have gotten access to a room. That is completely unacceptable.

Overall, this has been a frustrating, poorly managed stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
