I am incredibly frustrated with the service at Pinnacle Peak Orthodontics. Every single time I bring my son for his appointment, they are running behind schedule. Even worse, once they finally call him back, they just leave him sitting in the chair doing nothing—making it look like they are working on him when they aren't. This place is entirely overpriced for the terrible quality of service they provide. Good luck ever getting anyone to answer the phone here. They only have one receptionist, who is somehow also expected to be the one assisting the doctor. It is completely understaffed and poorly managed. It's clear this practice cares about taking your money, not about the actual quality of your child's treatment. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
