I received consultancy from the organization and it was a terrible experience

I received consultancy from the organization and it was a terrible experience. They delayed refunding my deposit for 9 months, even though the government had refunded them 2 weeks post cancellation. During the 9 month period, they ignore my calls, messages, emails and continuously lied about not receiving the refund l. If I had not called OINP I would not have known that my refund was processed 9 months ago and the organization was just delaying process for no reason. The only explanation they gave me was , they received multiple clients refunds without identifying information, which is not believable at all. They are not trustworthy at all and I would not recommend taking any of their services. Awful experience!
