Edit now that contract ended: Pleased to have ended my NMSurf service and changed to Starlink. Paid for 25mbps and was lucky to get 1mbps past 3pm when it was “busy”. Support and field team was always kind but ended up telling us that there was nothing left for them to try, such as changing channels again. The dish ripped off of my roof in the wind and damaged my roof. We went down or had unusable speeds roughly once a week. Any service calls where they must come to your home you must pay an hourly rate (I believe it was $150). The contract even has terms about you to leaving reviews under a certain star. With Starlink now available in the area, it is the way to go and was a lower monthly price for us anyways.

Original review left at the request of the service technician: NMSurf is the way to go for for Edgewood internet access. Best speeds for the best price from all providers I talked to. [Technician] was friendly and professional, he made sure that the install was successful and as minimally invasive as possible for our new home. So pleased to have the option of NMSurf in our more rural neighborhood.
