I was charged £80 for two shirts and two trousers (wash and press) plus dry cleaning one t-shirt with no clear pricing given upfront. Even when I asked, the woman at the counter refused to disclose the total amount until I insisted three times. When I then asked for a simple price breakdown, she told me she was “too busy” and added that there’s no fixed list she just “judges” the price herself.

When I politely questioned the high cost of the trousers, she curtly responded that I was free to go to another store if I didn’t like it. That kind of arrogance and dismissiveness has no place in a service business.
