Introduced to this place through a sales person giving us a deal at Coles one day. Used the voucher for different services and told that they don't like people like me who are proactive and care for their car. Couple of months later I booked in for a last minute service as the car was overheating and steam/smoke coming from air con vents - told nothing was wrong and I just needed more coolant. Went back again because it kept happening and told again that nothing was wrong. Go to a different place and told we have to pay $1200 to fix fan asap. Feel done over by Brisbane Automotive Service probably expecting us to return with a bigger problem and need to pay more money!! Extremely disappointed.
