Asked for in store pick up and they delivered instead while I was out of town so medicine sat outside in direct sun at 90+ degree heat for over 10 days. He told me it was fine to use even though the label stated keep refrigerated. I did not feel comfortable with this. When I asked for it to be switched for new medicine we all came to an agreement to do this. Everything was fine until I was transferred to the owner who was combative, argumentative, and would not let me get a word in during the conversation. He told me I should be “thankful” that they messed up and I saved on shipping costs… I could not believe how he spoke to me and when I asked to get a word in he told me I had already waisted the entire staffs day with this and no I wasn’t allowed to speak. Do NOT recommend.
