Have you ever dealt with a lawyer who didn’t even know your court date or the status of your case, and stopped answering your calls once things went wrong? That’s exactly what happened with MC Law Firm and attorney Mustafa Chetin.

I contacted them in February after a minor accident in Atlanta, GA. I clearly explained that the accident was my fault and that I only needed simple court representation. Since they advertise handling accident cases in other states, I trusted them and signed a contract.

About two months later, I called to check on my case, and they had no clue if my court date had even passed. They said they’d get back to me, but never did. Earlier, they asked for a letter from my insurance confirming coverage. I sent the letter, and they even contacted my insurance company directly, so they had everything they needed. Honestly, I’ve never seen such an unnecessary request in a simple case like this. It felt like they were just dragging it out.

Then they said they’d try to find another lawyer for my case, and after that, they suddenly stopped all contact—without any explanation or concern that it could seriously hurt my case. Later, they suddenly claimed they never got the insurance letter, even though I had already sent it and they’d spoken with my insurance company.

I called many times and asked to speak with Mustafa Chetin, but they never connected me. The assistant rarely answered the phone, only after I called repeatedly. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether and just sent me a brief text.

They don’t follow up on their cases and ignore clients when things go wrong on their end. They left me in a bad spot with no support. This law firm is totally unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend them.
