I am unfortunately very disappointed by this experience

I am unfortunately very disappointed by this experience. Given the numerous positive reviews, I expected to meet a kind, professional, and respectful person. My experience was quite the opposite: I was confronted with an attitude that I perceived as haughty, pretentious, and condescending. I share this opinion not for the sake of criticizing, but because it seems important to me that others can also feel validated if they have had a similar experience. For me, this interaction left a very negative impression.
