Save Your Money – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I’ve had one of the worst experiences at this clinic, and I strongly advise others to do thorough research before choosing this place based on social media hype or marketing.

I initially came in to have a mole removed from the center of my stomach. I expressed my concern about potential scarring, and Robert assured me very clearly that there would be no scar at all. Based on that promise, I proceeded with the removal. I followed all the aftercare instructions exactly as directed, yet the site developed a raised, red keloid. At no point was I warned that keloid scarring was even a possibility — something that would have completely changed my decision. When I returned to show the result, I was told it was a keloid and that he’d need to cut it out again. I declined, as I had trusted his original word that there would be no scarring, and now I’m left with a permanent and noticeable mark.

In addition, I also paid $3,000 for a single acne scar treatment that I was told would be a “one-and-done” session. As a uni student, this was a major investment for me — one I was only willing to make because I was told it would completely resolve the issue. After the treatment, my skin peeled off (as expected), but no improvement was visible. I was then told I’d actually need four sessions to see any real results — a complete contradiction of what I was promised. Again, I would never have agreed to spend that kind of money on just one treatment if I knew it would take multiple.

I also purchased their expensive skincare products (I believe the brand was O Cosmedics) which were recommended to assist with healing. These made no visible difference either.

When I raised these issues, I was offered free treatments — but I’ve lost all trust in this clinic and will not be returning. I also requested a refund, particularly for the facial treatment, given the lack of results. Even the before-and-after photos showed zero change.

To make matters worse, the clinic is poorly organized. On one visit, I showed up for my mole removal appointment, but Robert wasn’t even there. The receptionist seemed confused and randomly started taking photos of my face instead.

Overall, this has been a highly stressful and disappointing experience. I’m now left with a scar that could have been avoided and out thousands of dollars for a treatment that did not work. Learn from my mistake — don’t be fooled by flashy marketing and social media presence. Do your research and go to a clinic that is transparent, experienced, and actually cares about their patients’ outcomes.

My mum was with me! And was so upset everything I had said he was lying and saying not true and on the phone. I don’t want a response to this proving your right and trying to tell me what you think you said. That’s what you did on the phone. This is peoples lives and bodies you can’t take back my scar on my belly I’ve got and and pain my money this has cost. Just take this review into consideration instead of trying to prove your right. It’s not the right thing to do in business
