We have signed the contract ($8500) with this company on 26 Aug 2021, and engagement period of this project is from 1 Sept 2021 to 30 Nov 2021.
After we make the payment on 27 Aug 2021 until the end of the engagement period, they hasn't achieve any KPIs as we set up in the contract.
0% KPI from the Pre-identified media list No media event No brand partnership as mentioned in the contract
So far they only find 2 influencer (20k followers) that wasn’t included in the media list to perfunct us, and this two influencer sent 1 post and some IG stories, they marked as brought 10k media value (1/3 media value) for us.
After we tried their 1st round influencer that they strong recommended, there is no help or value to our business, the influencers they found for us were coorprate with them for long time, you know what I mean, it's useless and fake.
We have met lot of times and word communications with their staff after this issue, and stated that what we need is follow the contract to invite the mainstream media as we agreement, if their company is lack of ability to do that, then please don’t waste the time and arrange the refund.
We are unable to accept these influencers who are not on the list to complete your media valuation. But they said "It's up to you, go or no go, no go never mind. We'll not be refunding as we have done the work which we promised", if we don't accepted the influencer that they found, then they will do nothing and force us accept it.
What their company does is completely different from what the contract describes. There is no spirit of contract, and a strong attitude makes you think that this is not a PR company, but a company that grabs money. This is the worst black-hearted company I have ever seen and is unscrupulous in order to make money, WILL NOT bring any positive impact for your business. Please don't be fooled.
