I used to really enjoy going here, but now I get held against my will when I try to leave by their parking gate. Their old parking gate seemed to use license plate recognition and it would let you leave automatically, but now I'm trapped and I have to do some shenanigans with QR codes to escape and it takes a few minutes. And this is after watching 3 cars ahead of me try to figure out why they can't leave either, even though they also don't owe any money.

I think they want me to swipe my card, and they pinky-promise they'll figure out what I owe them later and charge it, but screw that, I don't owe them anything. I was there for 30 minutes and the parking is free for less than an hour. (and this is after I spent $30 on dinner).

Do yourself a favor and stay away until this fix this insanity. This place used to be fun, but their greed is ruining it. They need to either fix the plate recognition cameras or issue a paper ticket. I don't want to gamble with my freedom.

Edit: they responded to my review. first of all, their camera doesn't let you out, or not consistently anyway, so that's a lie. My wife and I have been trapped multiple times. Second, I'm not downloading an app for river landing parking. Gimme a break. Third, even if I did, I don't trust you with my credit card. You can't get your camera to work correctly and you want me to give you my credit card to keep on file so it can get hacked? Lol no. I'm never coming here again.
