I had the misfortune of inquiring about legal services with Dillon one of the lawyers at this firm. We talked over the phone and he promised to email me after the call. After some time of him not emailing me I sent him an email. He said he’d run a conflict check. After 16 days of no response I emailed him back and he told me to choose another firm with no explanation. After I asked for the explanation he gave one that was filled with baseless excuses and a clear understanding he either did not understand my situation or did not care to understand. While I understand that the case load may feel endless it eventually dries up when you treat potential clients in this manner. I fully expect them to reply to this review either denying, minimizing or reframing the situation in a manner that makes them look better. I hold no hard feelings and wish them all the best. If I didn’t care I wouldn’t post.
