I would give a 0 if I could. I have had a pacer for years and transmitted on a scheduled with no problems and within a few days recieve an evaluation. With Otagoes no communication and never a report. I have never experienced such total disregard for me as a patient or information regarding my current pacer. I have fired them and will never use again! WORST EVER!
