If you have to sell and move out of state then it is your problem with this lawer.Mr Daniel promised with few days before signing and there was nothing on the contract .what if the closing day was postponed where to go with 4 years old child 3 time for 15 hours back and forth and to add insult to injury that one of his staff said Mr Daniel do not give any day after closing .If it is so I could simply find another lower .I am paying money he must be honest The lower was worried about 3 frigdes and 3 stoves and washer and drier to give it to the buyer.Mr Daniel put all the closing cost on the seller plus real estate fees .I thing you should read the contract before signing and ask any lower where do I find what you say in the paper.
