Scam artists

Scam artists. They send guys out to offer really low ball offers, and when the homeowner tells them they can't accept the low ball offer, they pressure the distressed home owner into signing a document to give them more time to come up with the money. What the details of the document actually says is that you are not allowed to accept other offers, however they can back out at any time. To make matters worse, they file a fake lien on your property to prevent other buyers from buying your property. I'm not sure how that's even legal. We plan on finding out from state lawmakers how this can be stopped. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen or heard. Stay away.
