Called and spent 40 minutes on phone regarding cash home purchase

Called and spent 40 minutes on phone regarding cash home purchase. Never once did l mention or did they listing the property. They tried to change the appointment time twice, then send out someone to list our home. I said this appointment was for a cash offer but not a listing. The realtor was embarrassed and confused as we were. Craig one of the partners was rude when she handed me the phone, story changed again stating the person that was supposed to come out regarding a cash offer had another appointment. He asked what needs to be done to your home, l said a couple of small things, he said oh it is good condition l said yes and he said we don’t buy houses in good condition. I was never asked what condition it was in in my 40 minute conversation about a cash offer. So extremely unprofessional! No apology NOTHING!
