As a fellow agent, I know that communication is key! The selling agent for TN Home Buyers only works during set hours and refused to answer any questions during non business hours. I wish real estate transactions only happened Mon-Fri 8-3, but that’s not how this business works. Unfortunately my clients schedule didn’t adhere to their business hours and we needed answers. 48 hours later, during the agents said “business hours”, which btw are not even a full 8 hour business day, she finally responded to our question. At that point my clients had already declined to see the home bc we couldn’t get answers to our questions. Even more unfortunate is the response I received after waiting 2 days. It wasn’t helpful in the slightest and was actually pretty rude. If your agents are a reflection of your company, I don’t understand how you have any business at all!
