DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! This so called company is preying on people and looking to make a quick dollar by any means necessary. First they came to look at the property and gave us a low ball offer. We informed them that everyone had to sign legally because we are all owners not just one person. They offered to purchase our home that is owned by 7 family members. I have siblings that have to sign off on the sale of the property. They are trying to say that we were legally obligated to sell our home to them because one of our siblings signed paperwork when the signatures of all siblings are required in order to sell the home. Everyone did not agree and therefore did not sign. We tried to call several times never got a response to inform them that we did not want to sell to them. Keep in mind the contract required 6 more signatures and never got a chance to read the contract that was drawn up before the home was seen. We do not have a copy of the contract and one was never mailed. So now they immediately retained an attorney and are demanding $15,000 from us in order to get out of the so called contract that was never binding! If it sounds too good to be true it is profesional CROOKS!
