Vulchers. Didn't read emails or texts after they texted me. Called and acted as if they had no idea. My advice, steer clear and that is from a true Nashville, Tennessean. Offer was $100k less than market value. TV ads are annoying and deceptive. Welcome to the show that is now sell out your own in Tennessee. Profit over people isn't a good business practice.
