Decided to sell my home with TN Homebuyers with their Market Match program

Decided to sell my home with TN Homebuyers with their Market Match program. Sounded like a great fit. We were happy. Fast forward. We get the inspection. Everything is good the repairs would be around 15,000 which is what we estimated. We are supposed to sign the deed on January 15th. TN Homebuyers calls and says we are unable to get $30,000 up front. They can do 20k. This is barely doable for us but we say okay as we are eager to move forward. Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait........ No contact from them. On Jan 20th we get a call and they say "You guys seem too eager. It doesnt seem like a right fit for you.". They were supposed to be paying our mortgage Now we are looking at foreclosure after working with this company for 2 months
