BUYER BEWARE - Company does not honor their contracts. I signed a contract with this company, and was given a 60 day closing date. However, 12 hours before closing the company backed out on the agreement stating the virus was causing all home buying companies to cancel contracts. To the contrary, the next day I signed another contract with a competitor and successfully closed on the sale in 2 weeks.
Everyone I dealt with at TN Homebuyers was courteous, polite and professional. However, that does not excuse not honoring a signed commitment and going back on their word. By waiting 60 days to close, and then find that the company doesn't care about honoring their agreements, caused me to lose thousands of dollars on the sale.
