The only reason for the one star is because the process is now completed. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I was quoted 3.5k for something halfway completed, I needed them to do a publication. They called back asked for 5.5k and the whole process would be completed. What actually happened was they constantly depleted the account without actually submitting anything. When I would call and question they never had an answer except “we’re doing the best we can”. They did the best at spending of my thousands of dollars. The amount of “rejected” documents I was charged for is ridiculous as well. In the end, I spent almost 9.5k for something that was initially quoted at 3.5k. Nothing special was needed with my case. Would not recommend. Not honest people. And they still owe me money, but they keep calling asking my for me to give a recommendation. Yeah. Ok. Probably still billing the account while the case is closed. Predatory behavior.
