Never. In my entire life. In any way shape or form have I felt disrespected by an employee to this degree. I’ve worked in customer service before. I know how to act. I drove my bike very far to come here, my bike had no breaks, no battery left, I planned to drop the bike here, uber home and come back another day to fix it. I got to the front of the line and was asked to come in the back, I drove in and was greeted by and extremely rude and condescending employee, I’ve spent hundreds of hours working on my bike, I know everything about her, I’m welcomed into the store by being treated like an idiot by this overweight greasy man with a black beard. I was trying to explain the problems with it, he rushes me along, orders me around with an incredibly rude tone. Screaming at me. And you know what, instead of dealing with this kind of disrespect, I declined service choosing to wait an hour in the hot sun for my brother to pick me up I would rather that then give this guy any of my money. Not to mention I met another kid who was also trying to get his bike fixed, he apparently waited 2 hours despite declining service and they wouldn’t give him his bike back. He then got threatened by the same man that was disrespecting me and despite him trying to take his own bike back it was grabbed from him and he was met with screams and curses by this man. Please if you are a manager reading this. This man is hurting your business, the other employees we met were quite nice. I genuinely don’t know how that man got hired. Had you not given that guy young boy his bike back you would’ve been met with law enforcement today I hope you know that.
