Review of New Beginnings Treatment

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place uses a 3rd party to market their treatment facility on search engines. An assessment was done over the phone where I was under the assumption I was speaking to a staff member of Hazeldon Treatment Facility. I was lied to several times about the services I would be receiving there. The place was dirty, the food was below average, one of our 2 hour psychotherapy sessions entailed watching a movie, meds were suppose to be given within a 2 hour window and were given late several times, my family had tried to contact the staff several different times on different days to reach me and I was never delivered the messages and calls. When you go thru detox you are not put in a room by yourself, but left with a roommate who is not going thru detox. I shared a room when I was going thru detox and had to share a room with another women coming off of opiates. Finding a clean towel for a shower, a clean cup for water or silverware 75% of the time was a challenge. I could go on and on. DO NOT GO THERE. DO YOUR RESEARCH. $40,000 is what this place costs, praying on the people who are at their lowest. Only offered a partial reimbursement after being there for 10 days, they took no responsibility for the lies their 3rd party said, besides “we will look into it.”
