The customer service at this place is a nightmare, especially the rude and unhelpful ladies at the front desk. They lacked empathy, provided vague answers, and were dismissive of my concerns. The clinic's disorganization and long waiting times only added to the frustration. Find a more caring and professional clinic for your IVF journey.
