The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff is poorly trained to do their job

The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff is poorly trained to do their job. Imagine waiting a whole month to make an app, just to find out when you arrive that they didn't even verify your insurance. Then, they wanted me to do the blood work another day, when they know those tests can only be done during a small time window. Not to mention that my first app was cancelled without a single notice from them. Horrible experience for someone already frustrated trying to conceive for a long time without results.
