We had a very frustrating experience with IVFMD

Review of Fertility Path Clinic

We had a very frustrating experience with IVFMD.

We were patients there for about 9 months, and during that entire time, we only met with a physician once—at the very beginning. At that initial consultation, we were told that only IUI procedures were covered by our insurance and not IVF. Based on that information, we proceeded with three rounds of IUI, all of which were unsuccessful.

After nearly 9 months, we decided to seek a second opinion from another fertility clinic. That provider informed us that our insurance actually does cover IVF. Learning this was incredibly frustrating, as it meant we had spent months pursuing the wrong treatment path, wasting both time and money.

Communication was a major issue throughout. The clinic directs patients to use their Prelude app, but messages frequently go unanswered. We also can’t ever get a call back, despite paying $250 for a mandatory “concierge” service. If we don’t follow up multiple times, we don’t get scheduled or seen at all.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence and considering other fertility clinics before committing here.
