This clinic was a major disappointment. My wife and I worked with the Reproductive Medical Group for over a year, and the entire experience felt cold, transactional, and disorganized. As a same-sex couple with no fertility issues, we were hoping for support and care—we got neither. We never felt seen, supported, or connected to the staff in any meaningful way.
After finally deciding to leave, we got pregnant on our very first try. That alone speaks volumes.
To make matters worse, the billing department has been a nightmare. We were charged for a procedure three months after it happened, and even now—over a year later—we’re still trying to get answers. It’s clear this place is more focused on profit than people.
If you’re looking for inclusive, affirming, compassionate fertility care, this is not the place. Look elsewhere.
