The front desk staff in this place are so unprofessional

The front desk staff in this place are so unprofessional. You call them and they never help you with medical records. I just feel they don’t care about pregnant women.Worst place to go to. The only professional one there the Dr. They also misinforms patients and take advantage of women that want to be mothers. I asked the staff if my insurance was going to cover for tests and they told me it was covered but I received a bill. It’s not fair I’m sure I’m not the only patient with this insurance and they know what my insurance covers. I called the staff they didn’t want to help me and were very rude. Don’t go here save yourself!!!!!!!!
