Officially removed myself from this Practice Walked in for my scheduled appt. they cancelled it due to the fault of the scheduler after waiting 30minutes no sincere apologies abt it, No Passion for what they specialize in. Dr.Taylor was my provider she herself cancelled my appt walking in 5minutes late from traffic; I kindly reminded them of their prior appt fault office Manager reminded me how that was the past. Ur just another file on their desk all about money & billing your private insurance could care less about your process & timeframe through your infertility journey. She told me to reschedule I signed my release of records I told her I couldn’t dare continue to be part of a team of people who treated a patient in this way. Infertility journey is not easy nor did she make me feel as if they even cared. Palm Beach Infertility w/Dr Denker welcomed me back me with open arms. I only considered this practice because it was closer to home which I totally regret giving these people my money & time.
