I should have read the negative reviews on here and digested them, before making an appointment. I of course ran to the positive reviews, ignoring the negative. Sometimes I think when people write negative reviews, they are just trying to shame an establishment, or got upset and it clouds their entire judgement on the experience, etc., but I was unfortunately wrong.

When reviewing the negative comments and reading about the negative experience these other women had, I can point out exactly the same things that happened to me that these other women on here are mentioning.

The front office staff is untrained. They are messy and uneducated. I'm sorry to say that - I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but facts are facts. They will not keep up to date with your appointments (give you a call, let you know when your follow-up is, etc), they will not call you, they will not ask you to set-up appointments for things that you need or that the doctor requested get done (tests, etc). You really have to be on the ball yourself here.

Nurses get conflicting information from the staff in the front and the doctors.There is no proper communication in an environment that should be all about it.

I had a really horrible experience with a Doctor here. So bad that I will never return. Please do your research and go somewhere else. I never write reviews, but felt that it was necessary this one time to warn other women like myself. I wish I could express more, but it would be novel. If you're going to trust any review - I urge you... this one.
