I agree with previous reviews regarding Ihab/Ehab and his arrogance

I agree with previous reviews regarding Ihab/Ehab and his arrogance. Not only he is disrespectful with costumers, he also dares to make inappropriate jokes with women. The worst part: he asked me (the costumer) to dry my hair, and he went on to his phone to check his Instagram for the last 5 minutes of the service. I had to remove the gown myself and leave, because apparently he didn't care enough about finishing his job. Haircut quality: uneven. These guys might be doing good color job, but they have zero knowledge of costumer service and they certainly don't respect their costumers.
