I wish I had read a review like this before calling this company. I initially contacted them to get a free estimate for programming new remotes for my car. On the phone, I was told the service would "usually run around $150" – reasonable enough. However, they insisted that someone had to come out in person to give the actual estimate.

Once the technician arrived, I explained that I already had two remote fobs with cut keys: one working, one not. All I needed was both remotes programmed. The tech told me reprogramming the old remote might not work, so he would program new remotes instead. I agreed when he quoted $280 – assuming that was the full price for programming two keys, including cutting if needed.

Fast forward: the job is "done," and only one remote has been programmed. No second key. No new key cut. And the one remote that was programmed doesn’t even match the original key cut. When I expressed surprise and explained that this was NOT what I agreed to, the technician dismissively claimed I was “confused” and that the $280 was for just one key.

When I refused to pay that outrageous amount for a single remote with no key cut, he magically offered to do the second one "for free." But then, conveniently, tacked on multiple extra charges, including a service fee and service call fee for the supposedly free estimate!

The whole interaction was steeped in bait-and-switch tactics, misleading pricing, and last-minute fees. To top it off, I’ve had a key programmed before by a reputable locksmith – for a fraction of what this company charged. The locksmith insisted I PROVE to him that's what I paid before, and when I did, he questioned why I didn't use the other guy today!!! Unfortunately, the other guy was booked. I should have waited instead of getting insulted by this company.

Bottom line: This was a completely dishonest experience from start to finish. I strongly urge others to steer clear. You’ll save time, money, and a major headache.
