First off, they schedule appointments a full year in advance and are unable to get you in any sooner. Dentists universally recommend checkups every six months, yet this office refuses to accommodate that standard for their existing patients. Instead, they blatantly prioritize booking new clients to bring in fresh cash, leaving their loyal, established patients out in the cold.

Their lack of compassion is staggering. I had an appointment booked for January that I needed to reschedule because I literally gave birth two days prior. When I called, instead of working with me, they told me there was "nothing they could do" and forced me to wait seven months until my next pre-scheduled appointment in August.

To top it all off, I showed up today for the August appointment I had been holding for a year, only to find out they had given my spot away. Their excuse? I didn't reply to a text confirmation over the weekend, completely ignoring the fact that I had already confirmed via email a week prior.
