Review of Oceanfront Seafood Grill
This review is based mostly on the food, as the outdoor patio had a nice view of the water and the waitress was attentive throughout our meal.
We ordered two apps: the smoked salmon and the calamari. The calamari were small and included an odd combination of sage and fried fennel. It was downright weird! Such a strange combination to start the meal.
We had the cod, halibut, and tuna. The tuna came accompanied with a crunchy, spicy rice cake that was again, a strange texture and flavor. The tuna was ok. The coconut cod had a nice flavor from the sauce. The halibut was a strange combo of fish and briny red sauce with a few pieces of toasted bread. This meal was confusing. The dishes were not cohesive or executed well. Sadly, will not return.
