Mike was horrible

Mike was horrible. My son locked his keys in the car at school. While Mike is waiting for him to come out of school he is telling me how he has other customers and was just squeezing us in. He unlocks the door. My son pays. He leaves. My son goes to shut his car door and it won’t shut. I calls Mike explaining to him what was going on and he was like well the car is old, I’m a licensed locksmith, and that the door not shutting didn’t have anything to do with him. But the door shut just fine before. I hung up to keep from cursing him out. I tried calling back numerous times and he didn’t answer.
