They installed my mother in law's generator for $14,000 in January of 2022. The electricity goes out & the generator goes on but no power to the house. Called Brandon - not available but gives us information to fix it. My husband had to take off work to fix what they should have checked for during the install. Edit to response His mom is 80 years old & not in good health. She calls him panicked with no air conditioning. At no time did anyone from your company schedule a service call with the client (my father in law) who was not at the location. The client called my husband (his son) to fix it because no one from your company would come out. Yes the utility changed out the transformer causing the power to go out - isn't that what a back up generator is for?
