Ordered two AEGs from PatrolBase and had issues both times

Ordered two AEGs from PatrolBase and had issues both times.

1. AEG arrived "hot" ( over legal limits). Took a month to get a response/resolution and that only happened because I left a negative review.

2. I recently.ordered another RIF and paid for the express shipping option. Wasn't even shipped until after the expected delivery date, and that was only because I phoned twice chasing (was told on the first call.it would be shipped same day which didnt happen.

Great products (I assume as second hasn't arrived yet), shame about the logistics side.

UPDATE 17/04/26: Sent a complaint email two months ago (18/02/26) and no response.
