Awful experience

Awful experience. Left in the middle of the procedure. Dentist couldn’t get the novocaine right, had to give extra shots, which were administered very unpleasantly.

Dental assistant used the very strong suction and caught my tongue, which was painful. I told them to be careful and not do that again. Both dentist and assistant got very defensive. I could tell assistant was angry at me at that point and I did NOT feel comfortable with going on. So I left with a completely numb face.

I will NEVER go back to this unprofessional and unpleasant dental office again. Do NOT recommend.
