Use any other parking lot shuttle service

Use any other parking lot shuttle service. The wait time is ridiculous. While waiting for our shuttle (30 minutes), at least 4-5 vans for every other service came through for pick-ups. Wallys, Park N Ticket, The Parking Spot, Park and Ride, you name it, all of those vans came and went. By the time it came, there were so many of us that people were STANDING in a transit van to the parking lot. And some were left behind to wait for who knows how long. Will never use this lot again.
