I was charged $13 for going over my parking reservation

I was charged $13 for going over my parking reservation. But listen to this I paid for two days of parking. My reservation began at August 1 for 5 AM. I left the parking lot at August 3 12:15 AM. I originally estimated me leaving at 9pm on August 2nd. But there were crazy flight delays across the board… nevertheless. I PAID FOR TWO DAYS OF PARKING. My receipt from the email says so. they don’t charge by the days AND hours. So.. if i left the parking lot before 5am August 3rd. Why would you charge someone for another day that’s already covered. That’s criminal.
