I called to ask about the insurance I bought from them when I purchased my glasses , the receptionist Shania , was really rude she said she can’t do anything she is just the receptionist and that I would have to come in if I have any questions ? I’m not really understanding what her job is if she can’t help with the simple questions from customers , the employees here are almost always rude when I go inside , I wish I never bought my glasses here ,
